Barcuterie was born from a simple belief: some of life’s best memories are made around food, coffee, and meaningful conversation.
For as long as I can remember, gathering friends and family around a table has been one of my favorite ways to show love. Whether it was sharing a meal, creating a charcuterie board, or lingering over a cup of coffee, I found that the kitchen was where connections deepened and memories were made.
After spending much of my adult life working in healthcare and hospitality, I found myself dreaming about creating a space where people could slow down, connect, and feel welcomed. I often talked with my family about opening a small coffee shop that served snacks and brought people together, but the idea always felt a little out of reach.
Then one night, I prayed. I asked God to show me a way to pursue the passion He had placed on my heart. In the early hours of the morning, I woke with a clear sense of direction that felt too strong to ignore. Who am I to question the Lord?
That moment became the beginning of Barcuterie.
Today, Barcuterie exists to help create beautiful moments of connection through thoughtfully crafted charcuterie, coffee, and community. My hope is that every gathering, big or small, becomes an opportunity to slow down, share a meal, and make memories with the people you love most.
